- Create innovative and compelling promotions that drive conversions and sales
- Manage promotional calendars and develop implementation plans to execute new promotions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop merchandising opportunities within partner sites and maximize sales of specific products
- Identify and create relationships with new online affiliate sites
- Analyze weekly sales and inventory reports; make appropriate changes to capture opportunities and maximize sales
- Drive web site enhancements that will lead to improvements in conversion and sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in the software industry doing sales or marketing to consumers or small business in online merchandising
- Strong analytical skills, experience making data-driven decisions, and good business acumen
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality assurance focus
- Experience with Internet marketing a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, web-based applications, HTML and some graphics capabilities a plus

Qualifications

- Experience with NetSuite is a big plus
- Previously participated in at least one successful CRM implementation
- Understanding of business processes and office automation
- Ability to translate high-level business requirements to CRM
- Knowledge of database design and database structures, ability to write queries in Oracle, MS SQL, or MySQL
- SOAP, XML and web services knowledge desirable
- Strong analytical skills, experience in analyzing and managing customer databases

- Meets and exceeds customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Two to five years of technical support experience in computer software industry
- MCSE or other professional certification in a technical area is a plus
- Expert knowledge of MS Windows client and server OS
- Preferred skills: Linux and Linux mail servers, MS Exchange, Novell Netware, Lotus Domino
- Detailed knowledge of networking applications and standards
- Experience with antivirus and firewall is desired
- Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills

The Channel Marketing Coordinator plays a key supporting role for sales
by successfully managing channel partners, supporting inside and
outside representatives, and developing and executing joint marketing
programs with our reseller partners.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute marketing programs with our
channel partners that help build the Eset brand and generate qualified
leads
- Welcome new partners into the Channel Partner Program
- Support the partner training programs: online, web-based and regional courses
- Administer the partner market development fund program
- Ensure top-notch support and availability of co-marketing material and inspiration
- Provide excellent marketing support to our
hundreds of partners via phone, email and the channel partner web site
Experience and Skills
- One to two years of high-tech marketing experience, preferably in the Channel or Business Development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ambitious, self-starter able to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to complete projects/meet deadlines

- Supports customers and partners in the planning and implementation of integrated security solutions.
- Provides pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and partners
- Assist sales force and partners in closing business through on-site visits
- Champions the ESET product line through product presentations and technical demonstrations at customer and partner sites.
- Participates in trade shows, seminars and other industry events.
- Performs technical training for channel partners.
Qualifications
- Two to Five years experience as an SE or technical support representative in the computer software industry
- Ability to comprehend and convey complex systems and issues in an effective manner, both written and verbally
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Detailed experience with Microsoft Windows, Solaris, Linux, and Novell systems and advanced computer networking environments
| | Position | Description | | Sales Representative | Summary The successful inside sales representative will effectively drive business for ESET’s anti-virus/security software solutions. This includes building and managing a qualified pipeline of opportunities within a defined geographic territory, and working with outside representatives and channel partners. This position requires outbound cold calling, following up on inbound leads, qualification and closing of business. Essential Functions
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of ESET’s anti-virus/security solutions to potential customers
- Interface with end users and channel partners via telephone and email to provide assistance and close business
- Qualify leads and coordinating with outside representatives and partners
- Develop new business leads through various means, including cold calling
- Provide product literature, evaluation software, lead referrals to channel, pre-sales technical support and closure.
- Generate weekly reports and forecasts for all in-progress and closed business.
- Achieve/exceed quota targets
- Other duties as assigned.
